Tricking the eye

If you thought those pavement tromp l'oeil chalk drawings were a bit too streetscapey, here  is some more of the genre more suited to serous architectural interiors. You may remember supergraphics as commissioned by people like Charles Moore in the early, fun, phase of PoMo. Well these give a kind of meaning to what were merely unexpected treatments of interiors. Just the sort of thing to keep the staff alert with those crazy lines down the corridor briefly coalescing into a giant target or an inexplicable instant structure in space. It's not something that's taught in architecture school. More's the pity.
