Just what the doctor ordered

Quite as good as last week's Materialicious is A Daily Dose of Architecture.

It bills itself as '(Almost) daily architectural musings from New York City'.

daily dose

It's a perfect example of how the blog format just works – in a proper Don't-Make-Me-Think way. It has the familiar three-column screen layout, the left one more than half the screen width with images and captions and text.

The next and narrow column is for links and the third for sponsors and links from various recent architectural books to Amazon. The latter two are functional and the main column is a seemingly endless stream of projects, some with commentary and book reviews and the odd musing. It's just great. And you can subscribe free to the almost daily RSS feed.
