UK-Chatham: School of Art design team services.

Short description of the contract or purchase(s):
Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust is seeking to bring together an experienced and appropriately qualified Architect led design team for the development of a new University School of Art within an existing listed and scheduled building in the Historic Dockyard. The design team will consist of an Architect (as Lead Design Consultant), Accredited Conservation Architect, Structural Engineer, Services Engineer, Access Consultant and CDM Coordinator.

The design team is to take forward the proposals set out in feasibility study which is currently being undertaken. Initial work will be for RIBA Stage C, with work for subsequent RIBA Stages subject to successful securing of project funding.

Total quantity or scope:

Estimated value excluding VAT:
Range: between 600 000 and 900 000 GBP.
