C-list sensations

Allford Hall Monaghan Morris’ perky little penthouse pad on top of its Unity building on the Liverpool waterfront (AJ 01.03.07) could have been specially designed for a Premiership footballer, with its astronomical price-tag, brilliant views and top-of-the-pile exclusivity.
