Architect sought for £45m West Hampstead mixed-use regeneration scheme

Camden Council in London is seeking an architect for an ‘ambitious mixed development scheme’ in West Hampstead

Planned to start early next year and complete by 2016, the £45 million Liddell Road regeneration will see the expansion of Kingsgate Primary School funded by housing sales on site.

The appointed architect will work as lead designer and other team members will include landscape architects, engineers, sustainability specialists and planning advisors.

The successful team will design the scheme up to RIBA stage 3 with an option to extend to completion.

Expressions of interest are due on 11 November. Relevant documents are available until 6 November through the allocated page.
