AJ editor Christine Murray to speak at Architecture Foundation

AJ editor Christine Murray is to speak as part of a panel discussion being held at the Architecture Foundation tomorrow evening

Murray will speak about the AJ Small Projects Award and the impact of the awards culture on architects as part of an event entitled ‘And the Winner Is…  Awards: What Are They Good For?’ being held at the Architecture Foundation tomorrow (2 May) evening.

The event will discuss a number of different architecture awards, their purpose and their affect on the profession.

Chaired by Paul Finch, the speakers include Farrokh Derakhshani, director of the Aga Khan Award for Architecture, Tony Chapman, head of awards at the RIBA, director of the Pritzker Architecture Prize Martha Thorne, Simon Allford, director of AHMM, and Sarah Graham of the Global Holcim Awards.
