Forgive my cynicism but this seems to be standard operating procedure in Hackney - Publicising a heinously out of scale proposal with under-provision of affordable housing then, following "extensive consultation", announcing the section 106 infrastructure deal with the council, along with comprehensive changes to the angle from which the cgi is taken.
