AHMM reveals Hampstead Road 'White Collar Factory'

Allford Hall Monaghan Morris has submitted plans for this mixed-use office and apartment scheme in Hampstead Road, Euston, for developer Derwent London

The project for the buoyant developer (see AJ online 25.08.10) features the refurbishment and rooftop extension of two existing office buildings and forms part of Derwent London’s ‘White Collar Factory’ programme - a new typology of office buildings.

The scheme will create 29,000m² of office space and two residential buildings, the tallest a ten storey tower.
